Sanders Offner


Sanders was born and raised in New Orleans and currently resides in Metairie with his wife Kristin Landry Offner and their 3 daughters Emma, Ali, and Molly. Sanders graduated from Jesuit High School and LSU. Sanders has over 17 years of payroll experience working with companies of all sizes. Payroll Consulting, Coaching business owners on how to outsource Non Revenue Generating tasks, and helping to streamline important business processes is a vision Sanders continues to follow throughout his career. As the President of Crescent Payroll Solutions, Sanders hopes to create a flourishing business, building solid relationships along the way.

Justin Farrae

Vice President/Owner

Justin is a lifelong New Orleans native. He graduated from Brother Martin High School and LSU with a degree in Psychology. Justin resides in Metairie with his wife Joy Scheyd Farrae and children Connor, Caleb, Quinn, and Keely. Justin has been in the payroll industry for 10 years and enjoys working with small to midsize business owners helping them to reduce labor costs and focus their attention on growing their business.

Rema Gray

Operations Manager

Rema Gray was born and raised in nearby Mobile, AL where she graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of South Alabama. She moved to the New Orleans area in 2001, and now resides in Gretna with her husband and their two dogs, Dale and Luna. Rema has over 17 years of payroll experience specializing in new client on-boarding and training. She understands how overwhelming the task of payroll and all of it’s nuances can be for a new business owner and is passionate about providing a trusted resource for service and support.

Christopher Farnet

Production Specialist

Chris was born and raised in Kenner, Louisiana with his parents and two older brothers. He graduated from Jesuit High School and LSU with a degree in Sports Administration and a minor in Business Administration. He spent his first couple of years out of college working for the New Orleans Pelicans and now wants to transition into a new career. His experience in customer service will make him a valuable asset to the Crescent Payroll Solutions team.

Kim VanCott

Senior Payroll Account Specialist

Kim is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. Kim graduated from Archbishop Blenk High School and UCLA in Human Resources and Accounting. Kim also has a PHR certification. Kim has over 26 years of payroll and accounting experience and is extremely passionate in understanding all facets of Human Resources and payroll. Kim has experience in payroll with many industries and companies of all sizes. Kim takes great pride in resolving issues quickly and providing support to all her clients.

Leslie Pond

Implementation Specialist

Leslie was born and raised in the Memphis, TN area.  She now resides in Southaven, MS with her husband of 20+ years, a talented teenage daughter, and son who is currently enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.  Leslie graduated from Christian Liberty High School and attended Northwest Mississippi Community College where she studied Business Administration.  She has experience supporting both the small business community and corporate environment with a tenacity and passion for client service.  Leslie is very enthusiastic about providing reliable, thorough, and valuable service to her clients.

Beth Schaeffhold

Senior Payroll Account Specialist

Beth was born and raised in New Orleans. She grew up in Mid City and now resides in Lakeview. Beth graduated from St. Mary’s Dominican High School. She attended the University of New Orleans where she studied in Business Administration. Beth also loves to travel abroad during her time off and looks forward to her next adventure. Beth has worked in the service industry for more than 35 years, with the last 23 years in payroll. She is excited to share her knowledge and experience with the team here at Crescent Payroll Solutions.

 Julie Nguyen

Payroll Account Specialist

Julie, a native New Orleanian, graduated from Isidore Newman School and Tulane University where she majored in both Business Management and Consumer Behavior.  She spent several years working as a general manager in the retail industry before joining our team. Throughout her career, Julie has developed a passion for payroll and customer service.  Her experience on both sides of the process adds considerable value to our organization and allows us to continue to provide our clients with the superior level of customer service that they have come to expect from Crescent Payroll Solutions.

Michael Fogarty

Payroll Account Specialist

Michael was born and raised in the New Orleans Metro area. He grew up on the Westbank and graduated from Holy Cross High School. He achieved his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Hotel Restaurant Tourism and a minor in Management from the University of New Orleans. Michael’s customer centricity is a result of working 12 years in the retail industry. Serving as a general manager over multiple locations in Houston, TX market, he recently relocated back to New Orleans, or as he calls it, “home”. With his strong attention to detail and passion for customer service, Michael is a perfect fit for our Crescent Payroll team.   

Jennifer Huling-France

Payroll Account Manager

Jennifer France was raised in Franklinton, La and moved to the southshore to attend Our Lady of Holy Cross College She graduated with a degree in General Business Administration She currently resides in Luling with her husband, Bryan France Jennifer has over 23 years of experience in the service industry with 15 of those specifically in payroll. Jennifer is passionate about the client experience and building lasting partnerships with clients.

Cheyenne Reynolds

Payroll Account Specialist

Cheyenne is a New Orleans Native and currently resides in Harvey with her 3 fur babies. She is a graduate of The Academy of Our Lady of Holy Cross and is currently attending Delgado. She enjoys outdoor sports and activities and spent many years coaching young women to reach their potential in gymnastics. She has spent more than 8 years providing quality customer service experiences and is excited to share her passion and enthusiasm with our team.


Richelle Kay

Richelle was born in California and has lived all over the country.  She finally has found a place to plant roots here in Metairie, LA with her 3 fur babies. After graduating from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Political Science; she quickly began her career in the sales and customer service industry.  With almost 10 years of experience, Richelle enjoys getting to know her customers and making sure their needs are heard and addressed. She looks forward to continuing to grow her career with Crescent Payroll Solutions. 

Logan Myers

Sales Representative

Logan Myers, born and raised in Madisonville, LA, has been in the business consulting industry for 8 years. She studied political science at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond. She began her consulting career as a franchise consultant for a New Orleans based international tanning salon and day spa franchise. She transitioned into the accounting industry working as an outside sales consultant for a corporate payroll company. Through this experience, she developed a passion for working with and consulting local business owners of all types of industries. This passion led her to the Crescent team, allowing her to become part of the local business community she so admires and to bring more resources and superior customer service. Her hobbies include gardening, experimenting in the kitchen and being terrible but trying very hard at golf.


George Falcon

George was born and raised in Houma, moved around the south east and since 2005 resides in Houma. He graduated from Vandebilt Catholic High School and Spring Hill College with a degree in Political Science. George has consulted with business owners of all sizes for over 20 years on how to improve the way they conduct business, 11 of those with a corporate payroll company.
