Our history

The company was founded in May 2011. Its founder, Sanders Offner, spent many years prior to starting CPS with a national payroll firm where he learned the business and gained the skills to build his own bureau. Starting out in the closet of his house, Sanders worked hard to build a solid infrastructure centered around great customer service and relationships with his clients.

As the company grew Sanders knew that he needed help in getting all the pieces aligned to have a flourishing Bureau. He added a business partner, Justin Farrae, in 2013. Justin had a great sales career at Paychex before joining Sanders and was able to instantly add value to building the company. Sanders and Justin had one goal in mind and that was to create, implement, and execute a proven process to ensure the future success of Crescent Payroll Solutions.

Headquartered in Metairie, LA, Crescent Payroll Solutions primarily serves small to mid-sized businesses in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast Region in addition to clients throughout the United States.

Sanders Offner

Sanders’s goal is to create a flourishing business while building solid relationships.

He has over 17 years of payroll experience working with companies of all sizes. Payroll consulting, coaching business owners on how to outsource Non-Revenue Generating tasks and helping to streamline important business processes is a vision Sanders continues to follow throughout his career. He was born and raised in New Orleans and currently resides in Metairie with his wife Kristin Landry Offner and their three daughters Emma, Ali, and Molly. Sanders graduated from Jesuit High School and LSU.


Justin Farrae

Vice President/Owner
Justin enjoys working with clients to reduce costs and focus on growing their business.

Justin has been in the payroll industry for 10 years. He’s a lifelong New Orleans native and graduated from Brother Martin High School and LSU with a degree in Psychology. He resides in Metairie with his wife Joy Scheyd Farrae and children Connor, Caleb, Quinn, and Keely.


Rema Gray

Operations Manager
Rema is dedicated to providing our clients a trusted resource for service and support.

She has over 17 years of payroll experience and specializes in new client on-boarding and training. She understands how overwhelming the task of payroll and all of its nuances can be for a new business owner. Rema was born and raised in nearby Mobile, AL, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of South Alabama. She moved to the New Orleans area in 2001 and now resides in Gretna with her husband and their three dogs Luna, Riley and Lulu.


Beverly Barbeito

Implementation Specialist
Beverly passionate about providing outstanding client service.

Beverly brings over 20 years of experience in customer service implementation as a Manager, Project Manager, and Implementation Specialist primary in payroll, time, Human Capital Management and general ledger, with a strong background in the hospital / medical industry implementation. Along with her service industry background, she has over 5 years’ experience as a computer software instructor. She has lived in the New Orleans area her entire life and graduated from Soule’ Business College with a degree in Business Administration. She resides in Metairie with her husband Claudio.


Christi Conerly

Implementation Specialist
Christi is excited to be a part of the Crescent Payroll and to help provide top notch service.

Christi has 15 years in the service industry with 8 of those specific to payroll. She was born and raised in Marrero and graduated from Cameron University in Oklahoma with a Business Administration Degree. She currently lives in Kentwood with her husband, Brett and their three kids. Christi loves camping with her extended family, watching LSU, and traveling with her daughter’s softball team. 


Courtney Huling

Implementation Specialist
Courtney has worked with an extensive variety of client sizes and industries.

Courtney has 8 years of customer service and professional training experience. She has spent the last 4 years in payroll implementation. Courtney graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in business and communication. She enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors and with her family.

Jennifer believes in excellent service and building lasting client partnerships.

She has over 23 years of service industry experience with 15 years in payroll. She graduated with a degree in General Business Administration from Our Lady of Holy Cross College. Jennifer was raised in Franklinton. She currently resides in Luling with her husband Bryan France.


Beth Schaeffhold

Senior Payroll Account Specialist
Beth has more than 35 years’ experience and loves sharing her knowledge with clients.

She has spent the last 23 years providing payroll services and is excited about sharing her knowledge and experience with the team here at Crescent Payroll Solutions. Beth was born and raised in New Orleans. She grew up in Mid City and now resides in Lakeview. Beth graduated from St. Mary’s Dominican High School. She attended the University of New Orleans where she studied Business Administration. Beth also loves to travel abroad during her time off and looks forward to her next adventure.


Whitney Andrews

Implementation Specialist
Whitney’s passion for providing a client-centric service makes her a great fit for CPS.

Whitney has a degree in business administration from Loyola University. She has Professional Human Resources and SHRM Certified Professional certifications, plus experience in human resources, payroll, and benefits. She was born and raised in New Orleans and graduated from New Orleans Charter Science & Math High School. Whitney enjoys doing Halloween special effects makeup on herself and friends, shopping on the weekends and binge-watching Marvel movies from time to time.


Valerie Bruce

Senior Payroll Account Specialist
Valerie has 14 years of experience in the accounting industry.

Raised in Central Louisiana, Valerie is a graduate of Tioga High School, and the University of Louisiana Monroe in English Literature. She has spent the past 14 years in the automotive accounting industry where she has gained knowledge in various departments, but her passion is in Payroll and Human Resources. She is excited to continue on with her passion in the payroll industry. She currently resides in Luling with her husband, Christopher, and two little boys, Christian and Grayson. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and all LSU sports!


Nicole Danna

Senior Payroll Account Specialist
Nicole has over 6 years experience providing quality customer service.

Born and raised in New Orleans, she graduated from Academy of Our Lady and lives at home with her twin sister Natalie, mom, dad & their two dogs Jewel and Pheobee. Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to binge watch Netflix on her down time! She loves being around water and her dream vacation is to go to Bora Bora.


Jennifer Drayovitch

Senior Payroll Account Specialist
Jennifer brings 14 years of customer service experience and passion to our CPS team.

A Pennsylvania native, Jennifer spent 14 years in customer service and retail management with Walgreen’s. Pursuing her career, she relocated to Louisiana and lives in Metairie with fiancé, Bill, and their dog Gumbo. She enjoys reading, fishing, hunting, and backyard grilling with family and friends. Clients can count on Jennifer to provide the high level of customer service they deserve.


Aramis Gaudet

Senior Payroll Account Specialist
Aramis attended the University of New Orleans where she studied Business Administration.

She is thrilled to join the established team at Crescent Payroll and is excited for the opportunity to provide clients with outstanding customer service. Aramis was born in New Orleans and raised in Kenner where she graduated from Grace King High School.  She currently resides in Metairie with her husband Daniel Gaudet, their son Dominic and their 2 fur babies Isabelle and Leo. She enjoys reading, catching up on the latest shows on Netflix and travelling annually to Disney World.


Amber Landry

Senior Payroll Account Specialist
Amber has 15 years of banking and management experience in corporate and non-profit sectors.

She is a Texas native who moved to Louisiana 16 years ago. Amber is a die-hard Saints fan and enjoys traveling with her family. She currently resides in Laplace with her husband Billy, daughter Kayleigh and their dog Evie. Amber is excited to be a part of the Crescent payroll solutions team and provide our clients with exceptional customer service.


Cheyenne Reynolds

Implementation Specialist
Cheyenne has more than eight years’ experience providing quality customer service.

She is excited to share her passion and enthusiasm with our team. Cheyanne is a New Orleans native and currently resides in Harvey with her three fur babies. She is a graduate of The Academy of Our Lady of Holy Cross and is currently attending Delgado. She enjoys outdoor sports and activities and spent many years coaching young women to reach their potential in gymnastics.


Davicia Saulsberry

Payroll Account Specialist
Davicia has an extensive administrative background with over 15 years experience.

Starting with customer service, she has spent the last 7 years concentrating on payroll. As a Westbank native Davicia graduated from John Ehret High School and went on to pursue and receive her Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA.  She was also enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Davicia likes to pride herself in being a team player, building a positive rapport with clients and providing quality customer service. 


George Falcon

Sales Consultant
George has consulted with owners of all size businesses for more than 20 years.

He spent 11 of those years with a corporate payroll company. George is excited to offer Human Capital Management solutions that allow business owners to focus on growing their business. He was born and raised in Houma, LA, moved around the Southeast and since 2005 resides in Houma. He graduated from Vanderbilt Catholic High School and from Spring Hill College with a degree in Political Science.


Richelle Kay

Sales Representative
Richelle enjoys getting to know her customers and making sure their needs are met.

Richelle has almost 10 years of experience in sales and customer service. She graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a degree in Political Science. She looks forward to continuing to grow her career with Crescent Payroll Solutions. Richelle was born in California and has lived all over the country. She finally has found a place to plant roots here in Metairie, LA with her three fur babies.  


Crystal Napoleone

Administrative Specialist
Crystal, a Wisconsin native, has over 12 years of customer service experience.
She is excited to bring her previous experience to Crescent Payroll. Crystal currently resides in Saint Rose with her husband Anthony, daughter Sophia, and her two fur babies. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching the Saints and taking trips home to Wisconsin from time to time.

Christy Lama
